Marketing Assistant

Tutt Bryant Equipment is Australia’s leading multi franchised National Distributor of earthmoving construction equipment in Australia. The business focus is on sales and marketing activities of our Product Portfolio, well supported by Spare Parts, Servicing and Maintenance departments.

An opportunity currently exists for an energetic Marketing Assistant working in the National Administration office located at Chester Hill in Sydney’s west.

Reporting to the National Equipment Administration Manager you will be involved in the key functions of:

  • Assisting the BDM’s in developing and implementing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns
  • Maintain and update all social media content such as: Facebook, Instagram, Website & LinkedIn
  • Assist the National Equipment Administration Manager in developing and monitoring yearly Advertising Budgets for the division
  • Work closely with publishing vendors in coordinating monthly campaign updates and EDM’s
  • Maintain marketing campaign schedules
  • Assist National Equipment Administration Manager as and when required
  • Ensure all company collateral adheres to Group guidelines
  • Collate and maintain advertising documentation for re-imbursement by Product  OEM’s
  • Work with the national sales team to collate marketing content
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
  • Provide general administration assistance

 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Experience with Adobe Publishing Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • A positive, mature and ‘can do’ attitude
  • The ability to think outside the square and be innovative
  • A strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Their own method of transport

 

This role is a 12months Maternity position with the view to go permanent.
