Tutt Bryant Delivers Metso Lokotrack Fleet to Elite in WA
Tutt Bryant Equipment has supplied Elite with a fleet of Metso Lokotrack mobile crushers and screens, further strengthening their capability in Mining, Civil and Crushing Services across Western Australia.
The new fleet includes a Lokotrack LT106 Jaw Crusher, ST4.10 Mobile Screen, and two LT300HP Cone Crushers configured for secondary and tertiary crushing. Together, the Metso circuit delivers high productivity, versatility, and efficiency for demanding projects.
A Growing Partnership
The relationship between Tutt Bryant Equipment and Elite began earlier this year, when Elite purchased a Metso LT120 Jaw Crusher. Prior to that, Elite had been supporting Tutt Bryant with PDI Preparation and technical services overflow support for Metso machinery, building a strong foundation of trust and collaboration.
Overcoming Commissioning Challenges
The latest fleet delivery brought a new challenge: achieving an exceptionally tight product grading specification during commissioning. To overcome this, our Metso team utilised the Bruno process simulation software, providing accurate guidance for plant adjustments, including:
- Screen media selection
- Cone crusher wear parts selection
- Crusher speed and close site settings
The Bruno simulations forecast how any adjustments to the crushing and screen circuits settings would affect the end-product grading, allowing Elite to achieve its production goals easily and consistently.
