First unit arrived today into TBE Granville Depot to undergo pre-delivery works to specifications as required for RMS NSW. After 7months of evaluations, a decision was made to acquire from TBE the first new design BOMAG RS460 replacing the old model BOMAG MPH122. Filled with many new features its operational performance will in short “deliver beyond expectations” and we are also excited.

ERGONOMIC IN ALL WORKING POSITIONS.
The machine’s symmetrical design, with the rotor situated centrally in the frame in the direction of travel, makes working on the left and right milling edge possible. This requires an ergonomic working position for the operator on both sides. The comfortable ROPS / FOPS cab design allows the workplace to be shifted within the cabin. The seat-turning capacity of 270° is ergonomically ideal and ensUres healthy and fatigue-free operation even over long working days. Large, overhanging glass surfaces provide an optimum overview of the working environment and stay clean even in dusty environments.
