NW106™ rapid portable crusher is a primary crusher for reducing hard and soft rock in aggregates production. This crusher is pit portable and transportable by road between sites, and can also be transported in a shipping container.

NW106™ is built around an electric-driven Nordberg® C106™ jaw crushing unit with 110kW (150hp) crushing power. This crusher has a pinned and bolted, non-welded frame construction which provides excellent fatigue strength even in the toughest applications. The crusher’s capacity is up to 150tph and suitable for crushing materials such as granites, basalt, limestone, and recycling concrete.

NW106™ features Metso IC™ crusher process control as standard. It ensures easy and safe use of the crushing station, as well as enables steering the feeder, crusher and conveyors using a single-touch screen.
