NW7150S™ rapid portable crusher and screen is a solution for producing manufactured sand. It combines both VSI crusher and four deck dual-slope screen on the same chassis.

NW7150S™ is known for producing precisely shaped cubicle end products, suitable for manufactured sand production, heap leaching, pre-grinding, industrial minerals and recycling applications.

NW7150S™ is equipped with Barmac® B7150SE™ VSI crushing unit combined with the large 10m2 four deck dual-slope vibrating screen brings 20% more crushing and screening performance compared to conventional solutions in the same size.

NW7150S™ features Metso IC™ crusher process control as standard. It automates, monitors, controls and optimises the crushing process.
