Field Service Coordinator

The Role & Your Requirements

 

About the role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency repairs and maintenance of all types of construction equipment and components. This front-line position would suit a person in a similar role or someone looking to further their career. A mechanical trade background is essential. The ability to work in a fast paced role will be required.

Duties

  • Communicating with customer for repairs and maintenance
  • Proactively scheduling and supporting a Group of Field Service Technicians
  • Compiling and completing accurate reporting including quotes
  • Working as a team to manage your time, your teams time and maximise efficiency
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, conducting monthly toolbox meetings
  • Work alongside a high performing team, who are passionate about the gear they work on

Skills & experience

  • Experienced in customer and staff communications
  • Previous experience working with a group of Field Service Technicians
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment D&A screen and functional assessment
