What You Will Be Doing

• Ensuring personal and partner safety at all times.
• Supporting our growing customer base by accurately interpreting complicated parts enquiries and managing these queries through ERP software.
• Creating detailed parts quotations and/or related detailed customer feedback communication whilst assisting with emergency orders when required according to priority rating.
• Providing support to other TBE parts teams across Australia.
• Constructively contributing to business improvements by updating systems and participating in new system learning.

The Person We Are Looking For Will Have

• Experience in the heavy machinery industry or a related trade.
• Exceptional customer service skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivation and a team-oriented mindset.
• A willingness to learn new systems and suggest process improvements.
