Tutt Bryant Equipment is the organisations’ Equipment Sales & After-Sales Support (Parts & Service) division. As a national multi-franchise distributor of earthmoving and construction equipment, Tutt Bryant Equipment exclusively represents a number of global brands in Australia. In addition to capital equipment sales, Tutt Bryant Equipment supports its customers in the provision of spare parts, consumables, mechanical service, repairs and other support functions.
The Role & Your Requirements
In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting our Service Team. You will be based at our Dandenong Branch and report to the Vic Service Manager.

Duties
- Partner with customers and the Tutt Bryant team to provide support and technical assistance for heavy plant.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Provide in-field technical assistance when necessary.
- Deliver high quality customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments to deliver required outcomes
- Assist in training of Tutt Bryant personnel in servicing, maintenance & safe working procedures

Skills & experience
- A Heavy Plant mechanical qualification with 5+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills. These skills will be apparent both internally and with our valued customer base
- The capacity to take the lead in imparting company values, standards, and excellence
- Well developed computer skills
- The ability to support our teams in our workshop and field service
- Experience with construction equipment
- Experience with diagnosing faults and repairing electrical and / or hydraulic products
- Report quality concerns and customer feedback
