Tutt Bryant Hire – For Our Heroes and Communities

It is important to honour and remember the brave soldiers who fought for our country. In the period leading up to the Remembrance Day on Wednesday 11 November 2020, Tutt Bryant Hire (Goulburn) decided to be involved in the repair of the war memorial at the Grabben Gullen, a small village in Upper Lachlan Shire, NSW.

The team from Grabben Gullen Progress Association are committed to building a better community. As part of the scheme they contribute a sum to the councils for road upgrades and the repair of the community structures, such as the community hall, local park and the war memorial.

BJCE, the owner of the latest windfarm development also provides some funding for the projects, along with other suppliers by donating materials like mesh, cement, cladding and the like to improve the small community assets in the town. We heard of this and thought it would be fitting for us to donate our small excavator for the cause. Our 1.7t excavator was used for the war memorial upgrade with such appreciation from the association and BJCE for doing our little bit.

Grabben Gullen is a small suburb surrounded by windfarms that we have been involved in over the recent years. Our team at Tutt Bryant Hire (Goulburn) are on a first name basis with most members of the nearby village and farmers in the region, it is great that we are permanently recognised in their rural community.
