The Arrival of the Terex – Demag CC8800-1 1600T Crawler Crane

Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift has taken receipt of the new Terex-Demag CC8800-1 1600 tonne crawler crane, the first of its kind in Australia.

Tutt Bryant will build and configure the crane in three (3) separate configurations over the next 3-4 weeks with the CC8800-1 earmarked
to begin full operation on the BP Cracker project, Kwinana following the initial build in September this year. The heaviest lift will be the
3rd Stage Separator weighing 140 tonnes at a lift radius of 72 meters. The CC8800-1 will operate as the largest conventional crawler crane to be based in Australia, becoming a vital addition to TBHL&S’ already extensive portfolio of crane and transport equipment.
